Introductionお客様のデジタル・トランスフォーメーション推進と迅速な新規サービス立ち上げを実現するため、パブリック・クラウドを利用した技術支援サービスを行うエンジニアを募集しています。「ITメーカー」として保有する自社パブリッククラウドサービスと、他社のメガクラウド(パブリック・クラウド)や周辺技術全般の知識と経験をもとに、専門家としてセールスやサービス部門と連携し、クラウド技術を利用したソリューション開発や、クラウドに関する技術支援を行います。Your role and responsibilitiesクラウドプラットフォームのスペシャリストとして、様々なクラウド環境(AWS, Azure, GoogleCloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, IBM Cloud)におけるインフラソリューションの設計、管理、実装、テスト、運用設計・実装、これらの一部もしくは全てを担当し、スケーラビリティ、信頼性、セキュリティを確保します。また、クラウド基盤において発生している問題の分析、特定、解決方法の検討と実行といった技術支援も行います。プロジェクトチームと連携してクラウド基盤の設計、実装、統合を行います。主な責任範囲は以下の通りです・クラウドインフラの構築: ビジネスアプリケーションを効果的にサポートするため、異なるクラウドプラットフォームにおける仮想マシン、ストレージソリューション、ネットワーク、データベースの設計、セットアップ、構成、管理、テストを実施します。・クラウドリソースの実装:仮想プライベートクラウド(VPC)、ロードバランサー、クラウドストレージソリューションなどの主要クラウドリソースを監督し、円滑な運用を確保します。・ 高可用性の確保:インフラを継続的に監視し、問題のトラブルシューティングを行い、高可用性(HA)および災害復旧(DR)構成を維持し、信頼性の高いパフォーマンスを確保します。・クラウドコストの最適化:リソースの適正規模化、費用対効果の高いソリューションの開発、使用パターンの監視を通じてクラウドコストを最適化します。・自動化:Terraform、Ansible、Bicep、ネイティブクラウド自動化サービスなどの自動化ツールを使用して、プロセスを自動化および効率化します。Required educationNonePreferred educationBachelor's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise・パブリッククラウドによるITシステム、ITサービスの構築、および構築チームのリード経験(3年程度)・LinuxおよびWindowsによる仮想マシンもしくはコンテナ基盤の構築、および構築チームのリード経験・Docker, Podman, Kubernetesなどのコンテナ技術の実務経験(自主学習での経験でも可)。・自動化ツール(Terraform、Ansible、各クラウド固有の自動化サービスなど)を用いたプロセス自動化・効率化の経験。・お客様、社内の他部門と協業しながらプロジェクトを推進するスキル・チームでの情報共有や議論を進めるコミュニケーション力Preferred technical and professional experience・DevOpsプラクティス:継続的インテグレーションおよび継続的デプロイメント(CI/CD)などのDevOpsプラクティスの経験、およびこれらのプラクティスをクラウドインフラストラクチャ管理に適用する能力。・クラウド移行:クラウド移行プロジェクト(実装・実行を含む)の経験、およびクラウド移行計画の管理・実行能力。・Kubernetesクラスター管理:効果的なコンテナオーケストレーションとスケーリングのため、様々なクラウド環境におけるKubernetesクラスター管理の熟練度。・クラウドセキュリティのベストプラクティス:データ暗号化、アクセス制御、脅威検知など、組織のポリシーや業界規制への準拠を確保するためのクラウドセキュリティ対策の実装および実施経験。・高度なクラウド自動化:PythonやPowerShellなどの高度な自動化ツールやスクリプト言語を用いて、クラウド基盤上の複雑なタスクやワークフローを自動化した経験。・マルチクラウドの専門知識:複数のクラウド基盤(AWS/Azure/GoogleCloud/OracleCloudInfrastructure/IBM Cloud など)を管理・統合し、シームレスで効率的なクラウドインフラストラクチャを提供する経験ABOUT BUSINESS UNITIBM has a global presence, operating in more than 175 countries with a broad-based geographic distribution of revenue.
