Bartender and Server

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, cooking and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Process cash handling transactions accurately using the POS system. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices. Cook food orders when applicable. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is essential for accurate transaction processing. Basic math skills are necessary for measuring ingredients and managing tabs effectively. Experience using POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential.
