This role will be responsible for translating technical and operational information into interactive training modules using industry-standard authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline.The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design, multimedia development, and adult learning principles, with the ability to create visually compelling and learner-focused training experiences. Reporting to the Body Operational Excellence - Foundations Manager, the person in this role will support the Act 1 objective to develop and maintain training solutions that drive team member performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 Storyline or Adobe Captivate or similar eLearning content creation softwareCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and translate complex information into clear, engaging contentApply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure effective learning experiences for Body PE teamCreate multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, voice-over scripts, and assessmentsEnsure courses are compatible with our Learning Management System (LMS)Conduct quality assurance testing and revise content based on feedbackMaintain consistency in branding, tone, and instructional standards across all training materialsUpdate and improve existing content based on performance data, user feedback, and process changesManage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat you bringBachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline (required)2+ years of experience developing eLearning or digital training contentStrong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principlesExperience working with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant contentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work overtime (up to 20% weekly) as project needs requireAbility to travel (up to 20%) to any of our North American Facilities, including Canada and Mexico.What you may bringExperience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical training environmentsFamiliarity with additional tools such as:Articulate Rise 360Camtasia or other video editing toolsAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Experience scripting and coordinating voice-over productionBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS or eLearning accessibility standards (WCAG)Experience analyzing training effectiveness and learner metricsKey CompetenciesCreativity and visual storytellingProblem-solving and critical thinkingStrong collaboration and stakeholder communicationAbility to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly contentTime management and adaptability Work EnvironmentOn-site at our Georgetown KY PEMC building (*Current work schedule is Mon-Thurs in office, Friday remote)Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and HR/training teamsSuccess MetricsLearner engagement and completion ratesQuality and usability of training modulesOn-time project deliveryStakeholder satisfaction
