Finance Reporting ManagerExperienced finance professional with 5+ years in accounting, capital projects, and financial analysis, including team/project management. Lead reporting cycles, KPI tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis; collaborate with multiple internal teams and investors. Hybrid role in Atlanta, GA (3 days/week in-office). Full-time, immediate hire. Ensure accurate, timely reporting on business performance, market share, pipeline health, and financial KPIs for executive decision-making. Salary: $106,000 $120,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.The Finance Reporting Manager oversees financial and operational reporting across multiple teams, ensuring accurate KPIs, market analysis, and budgeting processes. This role partners with Development, DS, Investor Relations, and Competitive Intelligence teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making and business performance management.Key Responsibilities:Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including Termination Tracker, pipeline health, and market share analysisPartner with Investor Relations and Competitive Intelligence for reporting on performance vs competitorsPrepare Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Budget, and Out-of-Cycle ForecastsSupport Finance RLT updates, EC/AMER Market Board updates, and Quarterly IR presentationsCollaborate across Development, HLG, DS, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reportingQualifications:5+ years progressive experience in accounting, finance, business analysis, or capital projects, including 57 years managing teams or complex projectsStrong analytical, forecasting, and financial planning capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence at all organizational levelsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with PeopleSoft, Tableau, GOLS, or similar financial reporting softwareProven ability to scope projects, develop actionable plans, and manage conflicting viewpointsBenefits:Paid time offMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planBonus eligibilityHybrid work flexibility (Atlanta office)
