We also believe in providing an ongoing investment in our faculty and staff to deepen their skills and competencies to serve the full range of our student population.Reynolds is seeking an Adjunct Instructor in Surgical Technology to support its program through laboratory instruction, classroom teaching, and clinical coordination. This role ensures compliance with CAAHEP standards and requires a student-centered professional committed to clinical and instructional excellence.ResponsibilitiesLaboratory InstructionPrepare and maintain lab environments.Supervise students and ensure safety compliance.Demonstrate surgical techniques and evaluate student performance.Classroom InstructionTeach Surgical Technology courses.Develop and deliver curriculum aligned with program standards.Assess student learning and maintain accurate records.Clinical CoordinationCoordinate and oversee clinical placements and student experiences.Monitor student progress toward clinical competency.Maintain documentation and ensure quality of clinical education.Orient and collaborate with clinical site staff.Assign students to sites and support clinical instructors.Program SupportAssist with accreditation and curriculum development.Advise and mentor students.Participate in ongoing professional development.Minimum QualificationsAssociate degree in Surgical Technology or related field (Bachelor's preferred).Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential (NBSTSA).Minimum of 3 years recent surgical technologist and/or teaching experience.Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.Knowledge of curriculum and student evaluation methods.J-18808-Ljbffr
