You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to increase visibility and reduce friction. Work model: Onsite in San Jose, CA.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamTrack execution of product marketing initiatives including analyst RFIs, live events, feature releases, internal and customer communications, sales portal materials, and newslettersBuild and maintain tracking systems and own timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation for concurrent workstreamsEnsure consistent communication and visibility into project status and priorities by following up with individuals and reporting progressCreate, edit, or update B2B marketing content from product marketing inputsUse AI tools to accelerate content development, research, synthesis, and project documentationEvaluate and recommend tools or automations to improve team efficiencyStandardize and document processes, templates, and best practices to reduce friction and increase speedHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role3+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or product marketing within a B2B technology environmentBachelor's degree or higherExcellent written communication and organizational skillsPractical experience using AI tools to support content creation or workflow optimizationProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiativesStrong understanding of B2B go-to-market motions, product launches, and sales enablementCommitment to quality and efficiencyHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience in B2B marketing technologyExperience working in a matrixed environmentExperience supporting product marketing, field sales, partner marketing, or customer success teamsExperience with Adobe Workfront project management toolPay Range$39.44 - $49.30/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
