Will serve as a technical lead and support key modernization initiatives across our applications:Rust Technical Leadership – Java to Rust MigrationLead the design and execution of Java-to-Rust conversion for Edge applications, including:Secure Connect GatewayPolicy ManagerData Center back-end services.Rust Technical Leadership – C/C++ to Rust MigrationLead the design and execution of C/C++-to-Rust conversion for Edge applications, including:SSC (Secure Service Credentials)Capability Building / Knowledge TransferTrain and mentor Dell senior SMEs on advanced Rust concepts and best practicesEnable internal SMEs to assume the Rust Technical Lead role by the end of the engagementMandatory: Overall 8+ years of experience building scalable software applications.
