Sandwich Artists are responsible for greeting customers, taking sandwich orders, preparing sandwiches and salads according to customer preferences and company recipes, operating the register, handling payments, restocking ingredients, cleaning food preparation areas, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Employees must provide friendly customer service while preparing food quickly and accurately. This position typically pays $13 to $16 per hour, with opportunities for tips, overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience.Sandwich Artists are responsible for slicing meats and vegetables, baking bread and cookies, preparing sandwiches and wraps, operating the register, cleaning food prep areas, washing dishes, restocking ingredients, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
