OverviewJob Title: IT Product Manager – Digital & Mobile Experience Location: [City, State / Hybrid / Remote] Company: [Apparel Company Name] Role Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our digital and mobile platforms. This role will drive customer-centric innovation across e-commerce, mobile applications, and omnichannel experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity. The ideal candidate combines product thinking, technical depth, and retail domain knowledge to deliver scalable, high-performing digital solutions that enhance customer engagement and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and own the product roadmap for digital platforms including e-commerce websites and mobile applications (iOS and Android) Align product initiatives with business goals such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention Identify opportunities to enhance digital customer journeys across web and mobile channels Digital & Mobile Experience Lead the design and delivery of seamless, responsive, and intuitive mobile and web experiences Drive mobile app enhancements including personalization, loyalty integration, and push notification strategies Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints Technology & Delivery Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform scalability Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to prioritize backlog and deliver incremental value E-commerce & Omnichannel Integration Oversee integrations with backend systems such as ERP, CRM, inventory, order management, and payment gateways Enable omnichannel capabilities such as BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store), ship-from-store, and real-time inventory visibility Optimize checkout, payment, and fulfillment experiences Data & Analytics Define KPIs and leverage analytics tools to track performance (conversion rates, engagement, retention, AOV) Use A/B testing and experimentation to improve digital experiences Translate customer insights into actionable product features Stakeholder Management Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, operations, and IT teams to deliver cohesive solutions Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field 5–8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital platforms and mobile applications Experience in retail or apparel industry, preferably in e-commerce environments Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android), APIs, and cloud-based architectures Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) Familiarity with personalization engines, CDPs, and digital marketing integrations Knowledge of payment systems, security standards, and compliance (PCI-DSS) Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI-driven recommendations or AR/VR in retail Key Competencies Strong product mindset with customer-first approach Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Success Metrics Growth in digital revenue and mobile app engagement Improved conversion rates and customer retention Reduction in cart abandonment rates Successful delivery of roadmap initiatives on time and within scope Pay: $90,696.99 - $109,226.48 per year Work Location: In person
