Plus, they offer a 10% origination bonus for five years on any new business you bring in—a massive head start for those looking toward partnership.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a variety of Insurance Defense cases, including general liability, auto accidents, construction, and trucking litigation.Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in both State and Federal courts.Draft pleadings, motions, and comprehensive legal reports.Collaborate directly with Partners and a dedicated team of paralegals to move cases toward resolution or trial.QualificationsEducation/Licensure: Juris Doctor (JD) and an active Mississippi Law License (required).Experience: 1+ years of experience in civil litigation or insurance defense.Skills: Experience with court appearances and/or taking depositions is highly preferred.Mindset: A \"team player\" attitude with a desire to learn from seasoned trial attorneys.Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $140,000.
