Description:Please share all the submission emails to "***"100% onsiteDomestic travel upto 30%Overtime 30%Who we re looking for*** s Production Engineering Battery Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Seibi Technician/Engineering Technician Position.The primary responsibility of this position is to execute as the North American initial machine set-up personnel (SV), increase Operation Availability (OA) through continuous improvement and problem-solving technical issues. This role will also support the Battery department's objective to execute Capital Projects from planning thru Start of Production (SOP) by modifying machine function and design.This position will be located at TBMNC in Liberty, NC and report to the Seibi Manager for BatterySuccessful candidate must exhibit *** Way leadership values; (Respect for People and Continuous Improvement Activity). Successful candidate must be effective at identifying and removing barriers that hinder progress of project. Candidate must decide appropriate work priorities, developing and executing schedule for said priorities and reporting their status to management group.What you ll be doingTest and repair electrical equipment or systems. (Involving circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.)Troubleshooting and repair machine components of hydraulics and pneumatics.Plan and execute machine integration into mass production. (Leveling, adjustment and quality conformation for assigned work area)Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods.Problem solving and continuously improvement of safety, quality, and productivity.Develop detailed schedule for assigned work area / project.Demonstrate the ability to learn new processes by different means.Supporting Machine trials at vendors and internal to *** locations.Certify Safety of Equipment per the standards via White Kanban CheckRequirements:What you bringIndustrial Controls Engineer/Engineering Tech experience in a manufacturing environment, including equipment installation, modification, and optimization(5 years Required)Experience with electrical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment(5 years Required)Strong ability to understand GC work for each trade, recognize deficiencies, create plans to fix, and track until closure of the deficiency.(5 years Required)Working experience with ElectricalTechnical experience building utilitiesExperience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic troubleshooting and schematic readingAvailability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdownsBusiness travel, both domestic and international - up to 30%.Ability to stand, stoop, and walk throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant for many hours of the day.Ability to ascend & descend stairs throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant.Ability to bend, kneel and crawl to gain access to equipment for repairAbility to lift, push and pull 25 pounds in a one-time eventThe ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.Added bonus if you have:Technical associate degree or higher or equivalent experienceExperience in Pre-Production set upExperience gathering and analyzing quality data from multiple sources to determine root cause.
