At Inward Healing Therapy, we specialize in working with adults who have experienced PTSD, including childhood trauma, and who may be navigating depression, anxiety, and self-doubt. * Pay for admin work (note-taking, attending team meetings, supervision, and completing consultations for new clients)
* Weekly clinical supervision (meets BBS licensure requirements)

* Opportunities for growth within a collaborative and healthy work environmentYour Role* Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via telehealth
* Deliver trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care
* Attend weekly supervision with a licensed clinical supervisor
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to our growing group practice
* Maintain clinical documentation using Simple PracticeQualifications* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
* Active California BBS registration as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed and client-centered care
* Experience working with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, or depression
* Familiarity with Simple Practice (EHR) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
