Through compassionate psychotherapy, we support our clients and each other on the path to healing and transformation.Our Core Values* Acceptance - We celebrate people as they are, with a commitment to affirming BIPOC individuals, queer folks, and trauma survivors. * Creativity - Staying open and adaptive in our clinical work. * Vulnerability - Holding space for realness and growth. * Confidentiality - Protecting our clients and honoring trust.What We Offer* $50/hour * Pay for admin work (note-taking, attending team meetings, supervision, and completing consultations for new clients) * Weekly clinical supervision (meets BBS licensure requirements) * Fully remote work * Referrals from an existing waitlist * Marketing and practice support * AI-Powered Note Tracking to streamline documentation and reduce burnout * Ongoing trauma training & professional development * Opportunities for growth within a collaborative and healthy work environmentYour Role* Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via telehealth * Deliver trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care * Attend weekly supervision with a licensed clinical supervisor * Collaborate with team members and contribute to our growing group practice * Maintain clinical documentation using Simple PracticeQualifications* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy * Active California BBS registration as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC * Strong understanding of trauma-informed and client-centered care * Experience working with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, or depression * Familiarity with Simple Practice (EHR) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) * Comfortable working independently in a remote settingReady to Join Us?
