🚗 Content & Social Media Manager (In-Shop)Dynamic Auto Pros – Garden City, IdahoDynamic Auto Pros is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our online presence and help grow the brand through consistent, high-quality content.This is an in-shop, hands-on role—you’ll be actively creating content inside the shop, capturing real work, and helping turn that into leads, engagement, and long-term brand growth.🔥 What You’ll Be DoingFilming and creating content daily in the shop (PPF, wraps, tint, detailing)Shooting before & afters, process videos, and highlight contentEditing videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTokWriting captions and posting consistently across all platformsPlanning and executing promotions and campaignsAssisting with blog content and website updates and NewslettersManaging comments, messages, and basic customer engagementHelping maintain a consistent brand voice and content stylePosting Daily on GMBEvent Coordination & Booth Representative (Only a few a year)🎯 What Success Looks LikeConsistent, high-quality content being posted weeklyIncreased engagement, followers, and visibilityContent that actually helps drive leads and booked jobsOrganized, planned-out campaigns (not last-minute posting)Natural SEO from consistent high authority BlogsNewsletter Growth🧠 What We’re Looking ForExperience managing social media accounts or creating content consistentlyComfortable filming in a fast-paced shop environmentConfident being on camera if needed and directing others when neededBasic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, etc.)Organized and able to plan content ahead—not just reactInterest in automotive (or willingness to learn quickly)💰 Pay & Schedule$19–$25/hr (based on experience) + Performance based bonusesMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-40hrs weekly)In-shop role (Garden City, ID)📈 Growth OpportunityThis is not just a “posting” role.There is strong potential to grow into a lead marketing / brand role as we continue to expand.
