Develop Client RelationshipsConduct in-person visits with physician offices and medical staff.Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth start with GRL services.Build long-term relationships with providers and office teams.Provide ongoing updates about testing services and company programs. In this position, you will manage and nurture relationships with healthcare providers and clients, ensuring superior service and satisfaction. Duties include maintaining regular communication with clients, resolving issues, coordinating testing services, conducting account analysis, preparing reports, and supporting the sales team in identifying growth opportunities.
