POSITION SUMMARY
Manage and define strategy to increase sales and maximize margins, in order to achieve Company’s Objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage and supervise sales team, including but not limited to, establish and achieve monthly objectives, hire, and discipline, terminate, and train; Analyze data on past performance forecast on weekly/monthly basis, and ensure all administrative processes are in compliance with the Company’s policies.
Plan, strategize and execute actions to meet and surpass company objectives and make operations more effective; provide continual guidance to sales team to increase performance and sales.
Visit territories to develop business and to supervise routes; negotiate specific existing accounts and generate new business.
Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales objectives, analyzing data on past performance, and forecast on weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain knowledge of routes / customers; ensure accounts are supported with the highest level of service, including servicing accounts personally if needed; troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Ensure that all accounts receivable processes and procedures are being followed by sales team.
Generate and analyze KPI information from SAP and High Jump systems; execute corrective actions to improve sales performance.
Train, supervise, and perform internal audit safety procedures (DOT) to ensure compliance.
Communicate strategy and competition environment to team and upper management.
Coordinate and drive units for maintenance, rental, and service of the fleet.
Provide key support to communicate and develop plans with Branch Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years of experience sales supervision
License/Certifications
Driver’s License which meets vehicle requirement (some will require CDL)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors in Business, Management or related field
Food product and or consumer packaged good sales experience
Expertise in the Hispanic consumer/market
Experience using software such as SAP, HANA, BW Analyzer and High Jump
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITITES (KSA’s)
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking. Professional proficiency
Knowledge of basic DOT regulations (straight trucks)
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, must be able to communicate effectively both in person and on the phone
Great relationship management with co-workers and customers
Proven ability to make recommendations for solutions based on information gathered and analyzed from existing systems and/or imperfect information
Proven analytical and negotiation skills with attention to details
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to influence and motivate organization to meet sales goals
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS
Able to travel up to 25% of the time to support remote sites, including overnight stays for up to 5 days at a time.
Able to work in a cold environment of approximately 34˚ F for prolonged periods of time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to sit and drive for a full shift of at least 8 hours.
Able to climb up/down, in/out of truck cab and truck body.
Able to stand for at least 4 hours.
Repeatedly lift and move 30 pound boxes/buckets on/off shelves or cart/hand-truck.
Can repeatedly twist, turn, kneel, stoop, stand, rotate, bend, push or pull to move 30 pounds.
Able to repeatedly move 75 pound load on a cart/hand-truck without assistance.
