This is a company where craftsmanship meets purpose, and where every project reflects a commitment to doing things the right way.Job DescriptionThe Senior PM will:Lead full lifecycle delivery of commercial, municipal and education projects ranging from $10M+Work directly with leadership to continuing scaling and growing the Indy officeDrive project strategy, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk controlServe as the primary point of contact for clients, design partners, and stakeholdersProvide leadership and mentorship to PMs, APMs, and field teamsOversee all project documentation and workflow in Procore including contracts, COs, RFIs, submittals, and schedulesNegotiate subcontractor agreements and strengthen trade partner relationshipsPartner with preconstruction to align scope, estimates, and project planningEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standardsLead project meetings, maintain stakeholder alignment, and deliver executive reportingPromote continuous improvement across project execution, team performance, and client satisfactionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
