Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift (7pm - 7am)About the RoleWe’re seeking a reliable and hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their maintenance career or with technical training who wants to grow in an industrial environment.You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently by performing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment issues, and collaborating with production teams.What You’ll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on plant equipmentHandle basic electrical tasks (resetting breakers, replacing fuses, motors, sensors, etc.)Work with industrial controls such as variable speed drives, sensors, switches, and startersReplace and align motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, sprockets, and pulleysPerform conveyor belt repairs and splicingAssist with pump maintenance, including disassembly/reassembly and packing replacementComplete lubrication schedules and preventive maintenance (PM) tasksRespond to maintenance calls and document work in daily logsCoordinate with production, shipping, and other departments to minimize downtimeSource parts and materials as neededFollow all safety, PPE, and environmental proceduresSupport continuous improvement and participate in special projects as neededRequired Qualifications:At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or completion of a vocational/technical training programBasic knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshootingAbility to work shift schedulesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsFamiliarity with industrial controls and automation componentsMetal fabrication and/or welding experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)High School Diploma or equivalentPay and Benefits without peer in the industry!
