They are seeking a Project Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. Someone who has successfully managed multiple projects and is looking to grow into a program-level role overseeing a portfolio of initiatives. This individual will initially manage 2–6 concurrent projects/contracts (ranging from $5K to several million), with the opportunity to take on broader program ownership over time. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys complexity, cross-functional collaboration, and wants visibility into both customer-facing and internal operations within a highly specialized manufacturing environment.Project Manager II (Manufacturing – Program-Level Scope) Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer projects and internal initiatives• Coordinate across engineering, operations, and leadership to drive execution• Interpret technical drawings/blueprints and align deliverables to contract requirements• Support quoting activities, including input into bid/no-bid decisions• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams• Track budgets, milestones, and project performance across several active projects• Identify risks, prioritize competing demands, and adjust plans accordingly• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and project profitability• Establish metrics and reporting frameworks across projects• Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, and regulatory requirementsProject Manager II (Manufacturing – Program-Level Scope) Qualifications • 3+ years of project management experience• Background within a manufacturing or engineering environment• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, etc.)• Able and willing to work onsite daily
