IT Systems Support Specialist

Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Systems Support Specialist to play a key role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and user‑friendly environment while providing onsite support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily technical support to onsite and remote users (PCs, phones, conferencing tools).Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile devices, headsets, and peripherals.Support Microsoft 365 suite, Teams, SharePoint, and business applications.Maintain proper documentation, procedures, and inventory (equipment, licenses).Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Support onboarding/offboarding processes in coordination with HR and global IT.Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi‑Fi, switches, firewalls).Coordinate with external vendors for telecoms, networking, and hardware maintenance.Apply IT security best practices and report incidents or anomalies.Support endpoint protection, updates, and compliance checks.Work closely with the global IT & Cybersecurity teamProvide user training on tools and good security practices.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in IT, systems and hardware support.Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams.Experience with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) and endpoint management.Understanding of networking basics (VPN, Wi‑Fi, switches, firewalls).Excellent communication skills and strong customer-service mindset.Nice to HaveExperience with Intune, SharePoint administration, PowerShell basics.Previous work in a multinational or multi‑office environment.Familiarity with ITIL practices.
