If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.Responsibilities & SkillsProduct Engineering Equipment Technician Job RequirementsWafer probe setup, including the loading and testing of wafersVisual inspection and ATE testing of packaged semiconductor ICs (both hand test and handler operation) Bench testing of semiconductor ICs in support of product characterizationBasic bring-up and debug of ATE hardwareAbility to solder discrete small body devices and assemble electrical testing cables and hardwareKeep labs clean, organized, and well stockedShip and receive parts to/from domestic and overseas company sites.Good organizational and communication skills, including the ability to multi-task and provide regular status updatesFlexibility to occasionally work overtime to support schedule accelerationThis position will have non-traditional working hours such as 2nd or mid-day shift.Education & Experience RequirementsAssociate’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or related) is required8+ years of experience preferredFamiliarity with MS Office environment since often required to email or create/update documentsFast Learner and Self-Starter
