A company is looking for a General Liability Senior Attorney. Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations Independently manage a litigation caseload and communicate with clients Qualifications: JD from an ABA accredited law school Admitted to practice in the state of California 8+ years of defense litigation experience Experience with general liability matters including catastrophic injury and product liability Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required
