Electrical Assembler

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining a safe work environment. This position involves working with wires, reading assembly documentation, and following engineering guidelines to produce quality products for larger assemblies. Key Responsibilities: Assemble electrical components by cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating wires according to specifications. Inspect jobs upon completion to ensure quality and cleanliness. Read and interpret assembly documentation, wire tables, and line diagrams. Follow safety procedures and operate tools in line with established protocols. Work efficiently to meet daily performance goals and production timeframes. Perform tug testing, continuity checks, and visual inspections to ensure proper wire terminations. Cooperate with team members and maintain positive working relationships. Complete required documentation, including timesheets and material usage logs. Basic Qualifications: Ability to read and understand assembly documentation and engineering instructions. Experience with wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. Comfortable working up to 10 hours per day, with weekend availability as required. Reliable transportation is a must.
