Our name comes from onesta (honesty), and we live that out on every jobsite.The OpportunityWe’re looking for an experienced Construction Site Superintendent who can take full ownership of job sites and drive projects from kickoff through closeout.This role is for a leader who runs organized, efficient projects — not someone who reacts to chaos. You’ll be responsible for keeping schedules on track, holding subcontractors accountable, and ensuring work is completed safely, cleanly, and to a high standard.What You Can Expect From Us:Competitive compensation based on experience and performanceA steady pipeline of commercial and multifamily workClear expectations and organized project management systemsA professional, respectful environmentLeadership that supports your growth and values accountability and resultsCompensation:$80,000 - $130,000 yearlyResponsibilities:What We Will Expect From You:Serve as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for clients, building management, subcontractors, and internal teamsOwn the project schedule and drive work to completion on time and on standardCoordinate and manage subcontractors across all phases of constructionEnforce quality expectations — work is done right the first timeMaintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all timesProactively identify issues, solve problems, and keep projects moving forwardMaintain detailed daily logs (BuilderTrend) documenting progress, manpower, materials, and issuesForecast and manage labor and material needsEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and building codesLead weekly safety meetings and contribute to Superintendent leadership meetingsOversee multiple active job sites across the Puget Sound as neededQualifications:What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (TI and/or multifamily)Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule without sacrificing qualityStrong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site managementAbility to run projects independently with minimal oversightStrong communication and leadership skills with subs, clients, and internal teamsExperience with construction management software (BuilderTrend or similar)Proficiency with basic tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean recordWhat Defines an A-Player in This RoleYou start strong and finish strong — no drop-off at the end of projectsYou take full ownership — problems get solved, not passed offYou prepare ahead and run organized job sitesYou hold subcontractors accountable without creating unnecessary conflictYou communicate clearly, directly, and respectfullyYou take pride in delivering clean, complete, high-quality projectsAbout CompanyWhy OnestaAt Onesta General Contracting, we don’t just build projects — we build trust, strong teams, and results we’re proud of.
