Our seasoned management team has developed acategory-leading marketing, operations, customer service and fundinginfrastructure that has allowed us to achieve efficiency and economies of scalenecessary for future growth.Job DescriptionReview and complete change desk tickets in atimely fashionReview change requests and determine if it is abona fide Change in CircumstanceMonitor and disclose Loan Estimates and Change inCircumstancesAddress fee variances and cure if applicableVerifyaccuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations, understand wherefees are to be located on the LE and CD.Communicate with all partners including Sales,Processing, Closing and Underwriting as neededVerify accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID andRESPA violationsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of mortgage related experience in one of the following departments loanprocessing, post-closing, servicing, QC, audit, compliance, funding, closing,and/or document reviewKnowledge of TRID and Change in CircumstanceprocessKnowledge of the mortgage origination disclosureprocessKnowledge of mortgage terms, documents andrelated formsRESPA/TRID training/experienceExperience with Encompass Highlydesired.High School Diploma/GEDCollege Degree PreferredAdditional InformationJ.G.
