Here, you'll be supported in progressing whatever your ambitions.Hours: Monday - Friday from 8AM 4:30PMAbout the role:Responsibilities that include data analysis and identification of process improvement. The role will span all operations on site and will give the successful candidate a very good understanding of all aspects of the operation. Projects will incorporate lean manufacturing, theory of constraints, quick response manufacturing, Just-In-Time, Methods-Time Measurement, or a variety of other systems improvement philosophies.Work Mode: This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at five days per week.Relocation: Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.VISA: Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting in the analyzing, designing, and implementation of manufacturing and business process improvement, resulting in increased capacity, reduce lead-time, reduction in the work-in-process, improve fill-rates, and improve process flow and efficiency.Assisting in the design, implementation and maintenance of effective metrics with internal customers or suppliers to ensure unbridled supply is achieved.Participates in multiple facets groups across the organization including manufacturing, design, supplier development, and documentation.Create strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure project successMakes recommendations to design teams, which drive higher yielding, lower cost, more manufacturable products.Responsible for the final Process Monitor Release for products prior to distribution.Required qualifications:5 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/work experienceCompensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.Boston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
