And you will find a career home where you're valued and supported in your growth journey.Enterprise offers career opportunities in our offices across the country with an exceptional benefits package.Job Description SummaryThe Senior Director, Total Rewards provides senior leadership for the execution, governance, and evolution of Enterprise's Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition.Reporting to the AVP, Total Rewards and HRIS, this role serves as a critical bridge between strategy and execution translating enterprise Total Rewards strategy into scalable programs, operating models, and processes that enable business performance and workforce outcomes. The role leads enterprise-wide program delivery while bringing forward insights, recommendations, and continuous improvements that help refine and strengthen the overall Total Rewards strategy.This position partners closely with HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to drive disciplined execution, to ensure Total Rewards programs are competitive, and aligned with organizational priorities. Partnering with Finance, HRIS and IT to enhance analytics, compliance and governance.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy Enablement & Program GovernanceOperationalize the enterprise Total Rewards strategy set by the AVP, ensuring programs are translated into consistent, scalable practicesProvide insights and recommendations to inform ongoing strategy refinementStrengthen governance frameworks to ensure alignment and risk mitigationCompensation Strategy Execution & AdvisoryLead execution of enterprise compensation programs including merit and incentivesPartner with HR Business Partners and leadership on pay decisions and market alignmentIdentify trends and insights to inform decision-makingBenefits Strategy Execution & OptimizationOversee delivery of benefits programs aligned with enterprise strategyEvaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancementsEnsure strong vendor governance and accountabilityAnalytics, Insights & Operational ExcellenceAdvance analytics to support data-driven decision-makingTranslate insights into actionable recommendationsDrive process and system improvementsFinancial Alignment & StewardshipPartner with Finance on budgeting and workforce planningSupport forecasting and modelingEnsure disciplined program managementLeadership & Enterprise PartnershipLead and develop a high-performing teamEnable HR Business Partners through tools and guidanceAct as a trusted partner to AVP, Total Rewards and HRIS, CHRO and senior leadersQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree required; Master's preferredExperience10–15+ years Total Rewards experience5-7 years management experienceExpertise in compensation and benefitsExperience leading enterprise compensation cyclesExperience leading and managing large scale organization transformationProficient and strong Workday acumenPreferredCCP, CEBS, CBP, Total Rewards certification, or SHRM-SCP certificationTotal Rewards at Enterprise:You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family.The base salary for this role is $155,000 to $185,000, depending on level of skills and experience.The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.At Enterprise, our benefits form a major component of our total rewards package.
