We are looking for a high-performing CSR who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and takes ownership of results.Position OverviewAs a CSR, you are the control center of the business. You will manage inbound leads, coordinate scheduling, support technicians, and ensure customers have a seamless experience from first call to completed service.This is not just an admin role — this position directly impacts revenue, customer retention, and daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication & Sales SupportAnswer incoming calls, texts, emails, and web leads quickly and professionallyRespond to all inquiries with urgency and confidenceConvert inbound leads into scheduled services (goal-oriented)Follow up on missed calls, unsold leads, and previous inquiriesAssist customers with service questions, concerns, and schedulingScheduling & OperationsSchedule and optimize technician routes dailyConfirm upcoming appointments and ensure agreements are signedMonitor technician progress and communicate delays/ETAs to customersAdjust schedules in real-time to maximize efficiencyAccounts Receivable & Customer ManagementCollect payments and update cards on fileFollow up on past-due balancesMaintain accurate customer records in CRM (FieldRoutes, Pest AI, etc.)Manage customer status (active/inactive, service notes, agreements)Internal CoordinationSupport technicians with job details, notes, and updatesMonitor job pool and assist with task completionCommunicate with team members to ensure smooth daily operationsSystems & Task ManagementManage and respond through multiple platforms:Pest AIFieldRoutesBatonThumbtack, Yelp, and other lead sourcesCompany email inboxesComplete daily tasks and alerts across all systemsMaintain organization across digital files and customer recordsDaily Workflow ExpectationsLeads come first — all new opportunities are handled immediatelyWork through missed calls, texts, and emails dailyConfirm next-day appointments and close gaps in the scheduleStay ahead of technician routes and proactively communicate changesEnsure all communication is cleared by end of dayParticipate in daily check-ins with leadershipThis role follows a structured daily workflow and schedule to maintain consistency and performanceQualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, dispatching, or office operationsStrong communication skills (phone, text, and email)Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using multiple software systems and learning new toolsProblem solver with attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independentlySales mindset (comfortable converting inbound opportunities)Compensation & Growth$20–$25 per hour (based on experience)Performance-based bonuses available (lead conversion, collections, scheduling efficiency)Paid holidays & PTOFull-time positionClear growth path into:Office ManagerOperations CoordinatorSales/Inside Sales LeadershipWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleHigh lead conversion rateMinimal missed calls or delayed responsesTechnicians running efficient, full routesLow accounts receivable / strong collectionsOrganized, accurate CRM and customer dataPositive customer experience from start to finishWhy Join Tailor Made Pest and Wildlife?Be part of a growing company with big goalsWork in a high-impact role that directly drives revenueClear expectations, structure, and supportOpportunity to grow with the company long-term
