Key Responsibilities Independently monitor underwriting automation performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities Analyze underwriting automation performance and generate actionable insights to enhance outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of automation solutions Required Qualifications 5-10 years of life insurance underwriting experience with knowledge of risk assessment frameworks Experience in driving process automation with rules engines or decision platforms Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
