This role is specifically designed for clinicians who are 1–3 years out and want to eventually work in cash-pay, performance, or independent setting — but want the clinical foundation and business knowledge to do it right first.Year 1 — Become the Clinician You'll learn The PRO Method, our proprietary criteria-based rehabilitation framework, and build real confidence with orthopedic and sports cases. Eval skills, clinical reasoning, patient communication, and how to own the room from day one.Year 2 — Become the Business Owner We shift the focus to the other side of the profession. Marketing, caseload building, cash-pay business fundamentals, and how to position yourself for independence when you're ready.After 2 years, we expect you to leave.
