Our firm is distinguished for its expertise in managing high-profile and high-stakes cases.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid position for a Litigation Paralegal based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The position has the flexibilty of working entirely at home, at the office, or a combination of both. The role involves supporting attorneys through the preparation and review of legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with pleadings and motions. Responsibilities include managing case files, supporting trial preparation, and coordinating with legal teams to ensure seamless case management. Some flexibility for remote work will be provided.QualificationsStrong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewProficiency in Legal Research, including case law and statutory analysisExperience in drafting and reviewing Pleadings and Motions for litigationExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex case filesStrong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressureEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in legal research tools and case management softwareParalegal certification or equivalent legal experience preferred
