We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for office staff.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry using Google Workspace.
Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling patient records (if applicable).
Provide support to other staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Experience
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and other office management tools is essential.
Bilingual abilities SPANISH / ENGLISH are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
