Evening Care Coordinator (Remote)

Evening Home Care Coordinator Part-Time | Monday-Saturday | 5:00 PM-10:00 PM Not everyone wants to work mornings-and not every operations job needs to be 40 hours a week. At Tandem Care, we're looking for someone who thrives in the evening hours and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. While our caregivers are out caring for clients, you'll be monitoring the schedule, responding to caregiver questions, helping resolve last-minute issues, and making sure every evening shift gets off to a successful start. This isn't a sales role or a customer service call center. It's an operations position for someone who enjoys staying organized, thinking on their feet, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll DoMonitor caregiver arrivals and evening shifts in real timeRespond promptly to caregiver texts, Teams chats, and phone callsHandle evening caregiver call-outs by finding replacement coverageCommunicate professionally with caregivers and clients regarding schedule updatesFollow established escalation procedures for urgent issuesSend next-day shift confirmations and follow up on outstanding responsesRemind caregivers to complete visit notes before the end of the eveningDocument all activity accurately in our CRMLeave a concise handoff for the morning operations team We're Looking For Someone Who IsExtremely reliable and responsiveCalm under pressure and able to multitaskComfortable making decisions within established proceduresOrganized and detail-orientedA strong written communicator who is professional over text and emailComfortable learning and using multiple technology platformsAble to work independently from home Experience We'd LoveHome care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, dispatch, hospitality, or customer service experienceExperience coordinating schedules or handling time-sensitive situations is a big plusPrevious remote work experience preferred ScheduleMonday-Saturday5:00 PM-10:00 PM25 hours per week100% Remote Why Tandem Care?
