Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidates to support our shipping operations in Roland, OK. This role assists the Shipping Coordinator and Supervisor in ensuring efficient loading and shipment of goods, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and fostering a positive team environment.Key Responsibilities: Assist with task assignments and training Monitor workflow, production, and quality Support shipping operations and special projects Communicate issues and help resolve them Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why WorkSource?
