Private Residence Estate Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Private Residence Estate Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall appearance of a private residential estate. This position is responsible for ensuring the property, buildings, grounds, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards while providing exceptional discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.The ideal candidate is experienced in residential property maintenance, mechanically inclined, proactive, and capable of independently managing daily upkeep tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs for estate homes, guest houses, garages, and outbuildingsMonitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, lighting, and other mechanical systemsConduct preventative maintenance inspections and address issues promptlyCoordinate and oversee outside vendors, contractors, and service providersMaintain estate grounds including walkways, fencing, outdoor furniture, and seasonal property needsAssist with snow removal, storm preparation, and emergency property responseMaintain tools, maintenance equipment, utility vehicles, and inventory suppliesPerform basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and general handyman repairsEnsure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of all maintenance areasSupport special projects, estate events, and seasonal property preparationsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times while working in a private residence environmentQualifications3+ years of residential, estate, facilities, or property maintenance experience preferredStrong knowledge of general building systems and repair techniquesExperience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting preferredAbility to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProfessional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentialityValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditionsPreferred SkillsEstate, luxury home, or hospitality maintenance experiencePool/spa maintenance knowledgeGenerator and irrigation system experienceBasic computer and smart home system familiarityTrade certifications are a plusSchedule & CompensationFull-time positionOccasional evenings, weekends, and on-call availability may be requiredCompetitive compensation based on experienceBenefits package may include health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and housing allowance if applicableJ-18808-Ljbffr
