General Laborer

We’re looking for dependable General Laborers who takes pride in supporting day-to-day operations, keeping work areas organized, and helping projects move forward. This is a hands-on position where no two days look exactly the same — perfect for someone who likes variety and physical work. What You’ll Do Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment Support assembly, installation, or basic construction tasks as needed Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and job sites Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks efficiently Help with packing, labeling, and preparing materials or products for shipment Perform basic maintenance, cleanup, and general facility support Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment Assist skilled trades or technicians with projects and daily operations What You Bring Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Comfort using basic hand tools and equipment Dependability and punctuality — your team can count on you Ability to stay organized and keep work areas clean Positive attitude and readiness to jump in wherever needed High school diploma or equivalent preferred Bonus Skills Experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor roles Familiarity with power tools or basic mechanical tasks Forklift or equipment operation certificates (if applicable) Basic understanding of safety practices in a work environment Physical Requirements Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs Capable of working in outdoor environments Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina Why This Role Matters This role is the backbone of daily operations.
