Location: Midland, TXSchedule: 5/40 ScheduleType: W2 Contract (12 months with possibility for extension)Benefits: Dental, Healthcare, Vision & 401(k)OverviewAirswift is searching for an I&E responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and instrumentation systems used in production equipment, ensuring compliance, performance, and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair electrical and instrumentation systemsEvaluate systems and develop repair plansDocument issues and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standardsDutiesPlan and oversee maintenance activitiesCollaborate with operations, engineering, and project teamsSupport PTWS (Permit To Work System)Ensure timely and high-quality maintenance executionProvide technical support and troubleshootingManage MOCs and ensure OIMS complianceInspect installations and recommend improvementsAct as backup for team leadership when neededQualificationsAssociate degree (preferred)Minimum 5 years of relevant experienceSkillsKnowledge of oil & gas operational standardsFamiliarity with OIMS systemsStrong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skillsGood communication and organizational abilitiesSafety-focused mindset
