This role requires someone who thrives in complex environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can confidently drive outcomes across IBM, hardware vendors, and internal business partners.Accountable for program delivery, roadmap execution, vendor performance, and alignment with Finance and Accounting stakeholders.Required Qualifications7–10+ years of experience in program management within enterprise technologyDemonstrated success managing large vendors (IBM experience strongly preferred)Experience with Maximo, EAM platforms, or ERP‑adjacent systemsStrong financial literacy and comfort working with Finance/Accounting teamsProven ability to operate in matrixed organizations with multiple executive stakeholdersHigh resilience, persistence, and ability to navigate friction with vendors or internal teams Preferred QualificationsExperience overseeing hardware vendor managementBackground in asset management, maintenance operations, or enterprise systemsPMP, PgMP, or similar certificationKey ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership — Own the Maximo program roadmap, delivery cadence, and cross‑functional coordination across IT, business operations, and Finance/Accounting.Vendor Engagement— Participate in day‑to‑day engagement with IBM and the hardware vendor. Drive accountability, track deliverables, escalate effectively, and track that SLAs are met.Financial Engagement — Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure compliance, cost transparency, forecasting accuracy, and alignment with audit and control requirements.Stakeholder Engagement — Build strong relationships across business and IT.
