Estimating Job Tasks:Generates proposals based on customer source documents.Reviews customer source documents for scope.Keys in product data into pricing system.Determines qualifications and exclusions.Obtains pricing for items outside of the price book.Obtains freight pricing from freight system.Provides voluntary alternates where applicable.Communicates with customer through sales department.Logs proposals into tracking system.Manages customers orders What You Need to Succeed:College degree preferredTypically requires 2-5 years of relevant hollow metal or hardware experience.Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of personality types.Good written and verbal communication skills.Must possess superior organizational skills and attention to detail.Must possess problem solving skills.
