Description: PT needed for immediate start. The position involves providing one-on-one care in outpatient settings. Services will be scheduled in 45-minute blocks. Evaluations will primarily occur in inpatient and short-term rehabilitation environments. Flexible shift options include working five 8-hour days, four 9-hour days with one 4-hour day, or four 10-hour days. The schedule will be coordinated with the current staff's availability. Candidates will provide rotating weekend coverage on standby, with expectations of 1-2 weekends of coverage per month. Notification for weekend work will be provided by Friday at 5:00 PM. Candidates will have the flexibility to choose which day and time to provide services during the weekends. Typically, weekend services will be required 30-50% of the time.
