Key Responsibilities:
Customer Liaison: Serve as the vital link between our fulfillment customers and the production floor, ensuring seamless communication and service.
Project Management: Oversee project pricing, quality, and scheduling to manage customer product flow effectively and exceed expectations.
Problem Solver: Research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to Business Central, scanning orders, Locus Robotics, postal file imports, and manifest generation.
Tech Savvy: Navigate and manage systems and technology relevant to fulfillment operations and customer accounts, including Shipstation, Ecommerce platforms, Google Spreadsheets, and Endicia.
Order Processing: Handle customer orders promptly and accurately, providing solutions and updates through effective communication.
Inventory Coordination: Work with the inventory department to conduct physical counts, verify computations, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Data Management: Produce and send timely shipping and receipt documents, maintain accurate records, and adjust discrepancies as needed.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution, handling orders, pricing, inventory, shipping, and more with professionalism and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience with Shipstation or other Ecommerce platforms.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mailing software programs, order fulfillment processes, and shipping functionalities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Detail-Oriented: Accurate data entry skills and strong organizational abilities.
Education: Associate's degree from a two-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
