While skin health remains one of the largest segments in the industry, it is still primarily treated at the surface level. Our client is pioneering a fundamentally different approach—targeting the biology of skin aging through ingestible therapeutics.Title: Head of Clinical Strategy & SalesReports to: Founder / CEOOffice Location: Flexible / Hybrid (U.S. preferred)Position OverviewOur client is seeking a Head of Clinical Strategy & Sales to build and scale its clinical channel from the ground up. The company’s strategy is to establish credibility and distribution through dermatologists, med spas, and longevity clinics—then leverage that trust to power broader consumer adoption. This role is responsible for defining how our client enters clinical environments, earns practitioner trust, and translates scientific credibility into real-world adoption. This is not a traditional sales role. It requires a highly strategic and hands-on operator who can introduce a new paradigm—ingestible skin longevity—to clinicians, and make it understood, trusted, and actively recommended. In the early stage, this leader will personally build relationships, educate providers, and close key accounts. As the model proves, they will scale it into a repeatable and durable system. This role is foundational in building the clinical backbone of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesGo-to-Market (0→1):Define clinic segmentation and targeting strategyDevelop outreach, onboarding, and conversion approachPersonally engage with dermatologists, med spas, and clinicsTranslate product science into clear, actionable clinical protocolsClose and onboard the first 25–100 high-quality accountsIdentify and recruit early KOLs and key clinical advocatesScaling (1→10):Build a repeatable clinic acquisition and growth playbookExpand into broader clinic networks and distribution partnershipsDevelop structured education and training programs for providersRepresent the company at industry events and conferencesBuild and lead a clinical sales and education team over timeWhat You Own:Clinical channel revenue and growthNumber and quality of active clinic accountsKOL relationships and engagementClinical onboarding and education systemsAdoption and recommendation ratesQualificationsDeep understanding of clinic-based distribution models, particularly in dermatology, aesthetics, or longevityStrong ability to translate scientific or clinical data into practical, usable protocolsProven relationship-building skills with clinicians and key opinion leadersEntrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in early-stage, ambiguous environmentsStrategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on in the fieldRequired Experience8–12+ years of experience in clinical sales, medical device, or professional channel distributionExperience working with or selling into dermatologists, med spas, or aesthetic clinicsTrack record of opening and growing clinic accountsExperience educating providers and influencing product adoptionExperience building or scaling a clinical or professional channel is highly desirablePlease note: due to the high volume of submissions, we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually.
