The role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve optimal functional independence.This role provides one-on-one patient appointments lasting approximately 45 minutes, allowing clinicians to deliver personalized, focused care.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on orthopedic diagnosesDeliver therapeutic interventions to restore function and improve mobilityMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyEducate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and injury preventionCollaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teamsMaintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical standards and regulationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programActive Oregon Physical Therapist License (or eligibility upon hire)BLS Certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hireAbility to perform patient evaluations, create treatment plans, and deliver orthopedic therapy servicesSome roles may require specialized physical therapy training depending on departmental needs Preferred Experience1-2 years of clinical experience in physical therapyExperience working with orthopedic patients in outpatient or clinical settings Why Consider Medford, Oregon?Medford offers an exceptional lifestyle with a balance of outdoor adventure and vibrant community life.
