We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and focus on onboarding new clients.Position Overview: As a Sales Manager at ConvexTech, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition into our staffing services. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, presenting our staffing solutions, and guiding them through the onboarding process to establish a successful and ongoing partnership. This position requires a deep understanding of client onboarding within the staffing industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, both IT and Non-IT sectors, to introduce ConvexTech’s staffing solutions and services.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively onboard new clients, including tailored proposals and presentations.Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation, agreements, and requirements are completed efficiently.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment, account management) to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and align on service delivery expectations.Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to effectively position ConvexTech’s offerings.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on client onboarding progress, including metrics and feedback, to continuously improve the process.Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process, ensuring a positive client experience.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales/client onboarding role within a staffing or recruitment company.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in onboarding new clients and managing client relationships in a staffing context.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of staffing industry practices, including both IT and Non-IT sectors.Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive client engagement.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and optimize the onboarding process.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools to manage client information and track progress.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesFlexible work arrangements (depending on location)How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and qualifications to syed.saleem@convextech.com Please include "Sales Manager – Client Onboarding" in the subject line.ConvexTech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
