About the RoleCuraLabel is a software company building products that matter. We're looking for a skilled DevOps Specialist to join our growing remote engineering team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our products, driving automation across our delivery pipeline, and partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. This is a hands-on role for someone who geeks out over infrastructure, loves automating everything, and takes ownership of platform health.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environmentsOwn and improve CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software deliveryImplement and manage containerized workloads using Docker and KubernetesMonitor system performance, set up alerting, and respond to incidents with urgencyAutomate repetitive operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure-as-codeCollaborate with engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycleManage secrets, access controls, and security configurations across environmentsConduct capacity planning, cost optimization, and cloud resource managementDocument infrastructure architecture, runbooks, and operational proceduresWhat You Bring3+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering roleStrong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or AzureProficiency with containerization and orchestration using Docker and KubernetesExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CIInfrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormationSolid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or GoExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or PrometheusStrong understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and security fundamentalsComfortable working asynchronously across time zonesNice to HaveKubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD)Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or LinkerdFamiliarity with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or FluxExposure to database administration and managed database servicesBackground working in a high-growth software companyHow We WorkThis is a fully remote position.
