Technical Consultant - (AI, Python, WatsonX & Network Automation)

Position: Technical Consultant - network automation/AILocation: Dallas, TX (onsite 3 times per week)Duration: 4 months minimum (August to November 2025), possible 12 monthsRate: Market RateVisa: Any (W-2/C2C)Essential Duties, technical expertise and Responsibilities:AI, python, and AnsibleMost of the work will be surrounding Network Functions, Infrastructure and respective Automation including Transport -- essentially automating manual work of the users interacting with those elementsWe will infuse AI for these initiatives, so AI skillset is required - we want folks to build network automation use-cases for us leveraging WatsonX platform - we have a variety of models. WatsonX experience is preferred while experience with similar platforms is requiredAggressive milestones and deliverables will be around building agentsStrong Knowledge of Python: Users must have hands on experience in building enterprise grade applications in python.Knowledge of building AI Agents: Candidates should have demonstrable experience with major Agentic Frameworks such as Langgraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, A2A, AutoGen, or similar.Knowledge of building MCP Servers: Proficiency in developing and managing MCP Servers is essential.Knowledge of Vector DBs and Embeddings: Experience with Vector Databases and Embeddings is a crucial skill for this position.Other skills / technologies:Network Function knowledge, wireless networksActivation/Provisioning/Assurance areaEducation:Bachelor's Degree or Masters - Preferably in Computer Science/Engineering
