Mize Elementary School For the 2025-2026 School YearPurposeThe special needs classroom school nurse provides health services for assigned student(s) with disabilities who receive their special education and related services through a center-based special education classroom. The goal is to provide medical services while maintaining the student(s) in the educational environment (i.e., special education classroom, general education classroom, playground, bus/van, etc.). If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results. If it's been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test.
