Electrical Project Manager

TYG is excited to source for a new client in North Carolina! We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager with experience in large scale healthcare, government, commercial, and industrial projects, who is passionate about growing with a company steeped in almost a century of success. Our client has 5+ locations across North Carolina and Virginia, with exciting hiring opportunities in all. What you’ll be doing: Lead and coordinate all phases of the electrical project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning, estimating and budgeting through execution, commissioning and close-out—ensuring completion on time, within budget and to quality standards Oversee and manage project teams (project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors), ensure compliance with contract terms, drawings and specifications, track change orders/RFIs/submittals and maintain accurate documentation Monitor and control project financials including cost forecasting, margin protection, billing/progress payments, resource loading and productivity metrics, while maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards Establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project Provide direction, technical advice and guidance for the development of the project including the construction documents, coordination with consultants Provide training, support and mentoring to team members, as well as participating in professional development reviews Develop and maintain positive relationships with teammates, consultants, contractors and agencies Must Haves: 5-10+ years expertise in Electrical Project Management within complex commercial projects - healthcare, pharmaceutical, mission critical, industrial, governmental, etc. Based in North Carolina, or willing to commute/relocate - 6 different office locations to choose from Preferred: Degree in Construction Management, Electrician's Apprenticeship, or similar programme More reasons to apply: Full coverage healthcare insurance Company truck 401k with generous company match Competitive PTO $110,000 - $140,000 (dependent upon experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
