Overview As a Technical Program Manager, you lead multi-disciplinary initiatives from conception to delivery, aligning stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive impactful infrastructure projects. You’ll plan requirements, schedules, and risk management while communicating clearly to executives and engineers. You’ll triage resource needs for launches, migrations, and system improvements, ensuring capacity and budget alignment. You’ll champion automation and scalable processes to improve planning accuracy and footprint health. This role blends technical insight with program leadership to accelerate YouTube’s infrastructure initiatives.
