Laundromat Attendant

Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with laundry machines, drop-offs, and wash & fold services. Operate and maintain laundry equipment, ensuring machines are clean, functional, and stocked with supplies Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills Keep the laundromat tidy by cleaning machines, folding areas, and customer waiting spaces regularly Monitor the facility to ensure safety standards are upheld and report any maintenance issues promptly Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering laundry advice, and resolving concerns efficiently Manage daily cash register operations, including balancing tills and processing payments with basic math skills Requirements Previous experience in laundromat environments Knowledge of laundry operations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently to maintain a spotless environment Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions accurately Experience in cashiering or cash handling to ensure secure transactions Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving laundry loads effectively Join us in creating a welcoming space where cleanliness meets exceptional service!
