Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Staffing Manager located in Glen Allen, VA. The Staffing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective employee relations, managing HR functions, communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders, conducting training sessions, and recruiting skilled personnel. The role involves overseeing staffing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the organization's objectives by aligning talent acquisition with business goals.
